It was hard to sell our childhood home where our mother had lived for 60+ years, but I was surprised at how much easier it was with a Real Estate Agent we trust. Brett Leyden EARNED our trust with his dedication, integrity, hard work, endless patience when we didn’t know what we were doing, and grace as four siblings struggled to agree about the next steps. I look back and think, “What a nightmare that was for our agent!” But Brett handled it with amazing grace and professionalism! He was truly exceptional and I was constantly impressed! He went leaps and bounds above what a good agent would do. We couldn’t have done this without him. Brett has been our agent since 2014, assisting us with purchasing three houses and selling one. He is a professional man of integrity. His commitment to his customers demonstrates his passion and love for business. Brett is pleasant, positive, persistent and patient. To say he goes "Above and Beyond" is an understatement. I recently was praising Brett to the handy man Brett recommended, and the handy man said, "He treats all his customers like that!" We feel adding Wendy to his professional team has taken his business to an even higher plateau. She, too, is professional and knowledgeable, with a great eye for detail. Her insight was very helpful in our recent buying experience. The several professionals Brett has recommended have proved to be efficient, prompt, and reasonable. In a down market, high interest rates and a house that was outside the desirable portland/vancouver area, Brett sold my house at full asking price! He did it in a speedy manner and took care of all the fixes that inspection needed. He was such a great communicator, that I was able to relax and travel while he did all the work necessary to make this sale possible. I would definitely use Brett in the future!

One word: Fantastic! Brett sold us our home in Vancouver five years ago, and when we were ready to move back to Washington, DC, there was only one person we would have chosen to sell our house. Brett works tirelessly! His work ethic is beyond reproach from staging to working with us every step of the way! Our son Andrew hired Brett when he and his wife purchased a home in Camas. We highly recommend Brett! You will be thankful if you choose to use him as well!
