Bret was an excellent realtor! I HIGHLY recommend him. He was so knowledgeable, calm, thorough, considerate and professional throughout the pricing appraisal, listing, showing, contracting, buyer’s inspections and closing process. He communicates often and with appropriate information. He knew I was anxious about one aspect and his responding text to me started with ‘I have good news. Please give me a call’. This being my first time listing a home I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the area . Very quick to respond back with all the answers I had. Handled everything very quickly . Selling my home with Bret was very easy and would definitely recommend him

Had the pleasure of working with Bret and it was a great experience. He was willing to show me multiple homes and guided me through the process very professionally. He didn't try to force his opinions on me but rather showed me homes I might be interested in and let me follow my instincts. The due diligence phase was so easy due to his hard work in doing the work for me and being organized. This is usually the phase where some realtors bog down but Bret actually stepped up and everything went off with ease. I've purchased a number of homes in my life and this was the easiest process thanks to Bret! I would highly recommend him!
