Had the pleasure of working with Bret and it was a great experience. He was willing to show me multiple homes and guided me through the process very professionally. He didn't try to force his opinions on me but rather showed me homes I might be interested in and let me follow my instincts. The due diligence phase was so easy due to his hard work in doing the work for me and being organized. This is usually the phase where some realtors bog down but Bret actually stepped up and everything went off with ease. I've purchased a number of homes in my life and this was the easiest process thanks to Bret! I would highly recommend him!

This was the 1st time ever using a Realtor. When I knew I was going to need someone to help me sell this house. I was told by several people to call Brett. They all said that he was a good guy and would be honest and wouldn't try to take advantage of me since I didn't know anything about the process. I was very pleased with Brett and I can say he was a great help to me.
