Wow! Working with Brandy Pennington was an absolute game-changer! Her strategic approach to presenting our offer blew us away. During the home inspection, they managed to negotiate a whopping $11,500.00 in seller credits for us! Plus, they even went the extra mile to secure a home warranty, ensuring that most repairs would be covered. Talk about going above and beyond! I 100% recommend Brandy and her team. She recently helped me in my first time home buying process and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. She was so open, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I never felt pressured, she pointed out so many things when we went to go view homes (both good and bad) that I would have never noticed or considered. I felt like she was on my side every step of the way. If ever I sell or buy a home in the future my first and only call will be to her. If you’re looking for someone that will fiercely be on your side and help you find the home that’s right for you, shes the one.

Brandy and her team helped me sell my townhome in Anchorage. I live out of state but Brandy made sure that the process is really smooth. Her team was very responsive and went out of the way to make sure that when the property was handed over to the new buyer was in great condition. She and her team scheduled all repairs etc. I got the price I wanted and I was very happy with the overall experience. Me and my family really miss Alaska and if we ever move back I am sure to go with Brandy Pennington and her team to help us buy a property there. The experience that made my transaction smooth was the open communication, responsiveness and honest advice which I believe was very important. The Pennington Team is quite honestly the best! Jordan showed me a lot of properties. I loved how honest he was and pointed out things that I may not have noticed, or thought was a big deal. For example: different flooring, Cracks in the seams, location and traffic, entry ways, how things have changed, what houses probably looked like before… etc. Once we found our house, we worked with Brandy. Wow!! Brandy REALLY knows her stuff. My husband and I were first time home buyers. She was able to answer all our questions, and explained everything so we could easily understand. Im sure i asked some “dumb questions” but she never made me feel dumb! And let me tell you, she does not rest when it comes to her clients, any time I had a question, she was so quick to respond. She also kept us in the loop with any paperwork the lender or title company needed. And if the lender or title company was dragging their feet she was on it to make sure they were on track for the closing date. Pennington’s are the best! Thank you for all you did for our family! ??
