As a first time home buyer in Los Angeles, it was incredibly daunting and difficult to navigate the real estate market. I had been looking for homes on and off for 2 years, worked with a couple realtors, but was never able to make it happen. It wasn't until I started working with Kyle that I learned what it felt like to have an outstanding real estate agent. Kyle was incredibly responsive, strategic, and attentive to my requests, and patient with my incessant questions. Kyle's experience shines through in his work. Kyle went above and beyond at every step in the process to ensure we were making the best decisions available. Kyle is friendly, competent, and has great negotiation skills & remains tactful and composed no matter how tough the situation becomes. You cannot go wrong with Brad Korb Real Estate Group! Brad and his team are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a long process finding the right home and they were with us every step of the way. Our agent, John Scarff, worked hard to get us showings and did a great job negotiating for us. We rescinded an offer on one home that just didn't feel right after the inspection, and John made sure we got our initial deposit back. He bounced right back to continue the search and see it through. Thank you!

John is an amazing Real Estate Agent. He did a wonderful job assisting me in obtaining my rental home. Extremely professional and thorough. He helped me well beyond my expectations. Guided me through the entire process from viewing the property to signing/negotiating the lease agreement. I was in the process of making a long distance move and his expertise and care helped make this move seamless. I would definitely work with John and Zillow again!

The California property we needed to sell was in Pomona, but we currently live far away in Nebraska! We were fortunate that our Northern CA realtor recommended Brad Korb and his group to us. Brad and his staff were truly great. We had to manage the entire operation via telephone and the internet. The Korb group managed all the appraising, inspections, and required paperwork. In addition, Brad held firm on a truly fair asking price, making the whole process work in our favor. The escrow company Brad used also had very competent staff with easy-to-use procedures. Without a single in-person meeting, everything occurred perfectly and on time. Hopefully, we will someday be able to return to CA and meet up with all the helpful folks at Brad Korb Real Estate Group.
