Helped sell my home with a few challenging features at desired price. Unlike other realtors initially interviewed, Bob’s recommended updates to home pre-listing were not onerous. Spent time explaining process, making recommendations for price adjustments and negotiations.

Bob is as straightforward a broker as there is (most are not). If you want someone to tell you the truth about your house and what it can sell for then you should hire Bob. If you want to play the game then hire someone else. Not everyone can (or wants to) deal with the truth. Despite some stress along the way, we are more than happy with the end result.

Bob was very responsive to my requests and questions. Most importantly, he priced my house properly and it sold very quickly. His advice on staging the house using my furniture was spot on and the photographer he used to take the pictures for the listing was excellent.
