Monique did a wonderful job helping us , working with her was great !She was extremely helpful in every way , we are thankful to have her help . She kept us informed along the way and was a great person to communicate with . She had great knowledge of every step of the process and could answer any question or concern . She was kind , sweet and polite always a professional. She always followed through with whatever she said she would do . She is very reliable always on time and one step ahead . She made the process so smooth!
