Because of her persistence and expertise, she was able to negotiate a $16,000 credit for us, which made a huge difference. Mercedes is the best she made this experience smooth I had been going through alot with purchasing a home. Mercedes was the absolute perfect real estate professional for me. She was extremely helpful to me and she made sure I understood everything that was happening throughout the entire buying process. She also went above and beyond for me helping me out with things that I wasn’t able to do myself due to my busy work schedule. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful of a realtor Robin is. From the moment that we first reached out via Zillow, to the final minute when we got our keys, she was there for us in every possible way. She was communicative, informative, knowledgeable, patient, prepared and also excited for us as first time homebuyers. In our first meeting, she made us feel completely at ease. She walked us through the steps with patience and clarity when we had questions. She never stopped communicating with us or left us in the dark - if we reached out late at night, she was there! She heard us and found us places that were exactly what we were looking for. After six tours and only one week later, we found the home of our dreams!
