I didn’t know if the #1 agent would want to even take the listing I had inherited. I would call it a dump. And that’s putting it nicely. But from the time Blair answered the phone to the closing table he was helpful, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He sold the house within days and we were closing days later after that. What seemed like it would be an impossible experience to begin with turned out to be pretty uneventful and easy. I wish I would have called him sooner.

When i moved to Warner Robins i knew i no longer wanted to rent and would like to own my own home for the first time ever. Not knowing where to start i turned to a friend who recommended me to Blair. He made the whole process less intimidating and made sure i was satisfied with all the selections i made on my new home. I would recommend Blair to everyone that is even thinking about buying a home in Warner Robins.

I found the house online and contacted Blair. Within minutes I had heard back from him and he was actually that responsive throughout the entire transaction. Anytime I had a question or concern he immediately addressed it. I had bought and sold house before, but had never worked with an agent who knows so much! Blair is like the Encyclopedia of Real Estate. Great experience buying this house and will definitely use again.

I was completely unaware how real estate stuff worked when I decided to buy my own home. All I knew was I was working with a fairly small budget and wanted a home in a good neighborhood. Safety and price were my two biggest concerns. I called Blair after looking around at some houses on this site, and he and his workers really made me feel like I was a priority to them. He got me into a safe house UNDER budget, AND as a bonus they found me one that I actually really liked. I'm going to tell any of my friends looking to buy or sell to head straight over to Blair's office!

My sister moved back home with her newborn while my brother-in-law is overseas and I helped her by trying to handle all the business stuff while she handled the moving. Blair and his team were amazingly efficient and helpful. Working with them meant we could get my sister in her new house without breaking the bank and she got in there quick as well. When it's my turn to buy or sell, I'm 100% going with Blair.
