Mona is an exceptional real estate agent to work with. She makes time for her clients, even after 5pm on a weekday or on the weekends. She is a strong communicator, keeping all the parties involved in the same loop, and making sure everything is on task. Mona is able to talk on the phone, text or email her clients through the details. If the client has any questions she cannot answer at the moment, she will find the answer no matter how many people she has to talk to to get to the truth. She is an excellent advocate for her clients and has sharp negotiation skills. I’ve enjoyed my experience working with Mona and highly recommend her to future clients looking to buy a property.

I have been out of the market for several years and although buying a home hasn't changed a lot it is always stressful. Javen helped me through the entire process AND continues to help me even though I'm in my new property. He was ALWAYS responsive and accurate in the information he provided. He was super helpful in explaining the details as I went through the loan application process and basically held my hand through all steps of the home buying process.
