I used Hanna to sell my first home and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m impressed that she was able to list and sell my property in less than a month! This all happened while a similar home in the neighborhood was listed at the same time and as of this review, is still available for sale (with a price cut). Hanna works hard, pays attention to details, and was attentive to my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. I’m so glad she was my realtor and I plan to use her services again.

Daniel worked with me over a long period of time, understanding of my specific requirements. We went to see many properties, collecting information, but I was very particular on what I was looking for. Daniel was never pushy, he would check in periodically to see where I was in the search. Homebuying requires personal time investment as well - I looked at listings on and off, going to see them with Daniel whenever something piqued my interest. He was approachable and receptive, as well as patient. When the time came and I had visited a property on my own, I seriously considered going forward with an offer representing myself, but I quickly came to the realization that I needed an ally. Within a day of contacting Daniel he had done the needful, reached to the seller, got a feel for an offer that might be accepted, and we submitted it successfully. Subsequently there was a lot of back and forth between the financiers, mortgage broker and HOA, points in the process which could have failed and risked closing. Daniel only ever reached out to me when absolutely necessary, helping me to put some contingency plans in place just in case, although everything ended up working out. I learned a lot from working with him, and I'm thankful for his help.

Working with John was a great experience. He was kind, positive and determined. He really helped us to feel like home ownership was possible for us and he works with really strong and reliable lenders. We appreciate him a lot!
