We sought a realtor in Augusta County through a web search of best realtors in this area. Betty was recommended along with several others, but she called us within 15 minutes of our request. She took us around the very next day to see 4 or 5 houses and then another 4 or 5 the following day. She only showed us properties that had all the many requirements on our wish list. During that two day period we saw the entire area and fell in love with a house. Although the buyer said she was firm on the price, Betty was able to negotiate a $5,000 savings even though another buyer was waiting in the wings. Our offer was accepted, but then the real work began. Our loan commitment was contingent upon the sale of another property which was under contract. Unfortunately, the buyers ran into some issues that made their qualifying a lengthy process - more than 6 weeks. But Betty's grace and expertise kept the seller comfortable and willing to wait for our approval. We finally cleared everything up and closed yesterday. Betty never missed a single beat and continues to be a font of local information for contractors, reupholstering, interior designers, and every other request we made. We give Betty a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10!

Betty helped my husband and I move from New Jersey. She was very knowledgable about the area and needs we might experience in a new area. She was very good negotiating an offer for us. Not to mention kind and very trustworthy, which is very important to me .
