Ben is a pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a home and it couldn't have been easier. Ben simultaneously created an environment that was professional yet stress-free. He handled every problem and question that I had immediately. He facilitated a buying process that never once made me feel stressed or confused about what was happening. Ben showed genuine interest and concern in helping me get the most out of the buying process and was helpful in making sure that anything that could be done to maximize my experience was being done. Overall, the buying process could not have been better. 10/10 would buy a house through Ben again!

Ben’s service was far beyond what I had hoped for as we looked to move from the Twin Cities to the Twin Ports. His experience and knowledge of the community helped him find the home that would be a “best fit” for us. He listened for what we wanted, not just to what we said.
