We had lived in our home for more than 40 years so when we made the decision to sell it was extremely important to find a realtor who could help us navigate the "unknown". Barbara helped us through every stage of the process from finding the right property to buy and then selling our current home. This did not happen overnight! It took many years to find the right property to buy. During this time Barbara was always happy and willing to show us a new property. She always made us feel like we were her ONLY client. When it came time to put our house on the market, we put it in her hands and let her “do her thing”. The result was beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor, we highly recommend Barbara Rybicki. She is professional; she “knows” the market; she is honest; and she listens to really understand what her clients are looking for. We have worked with a few real estate agents over the years but when we finally met Barbara, we knew she was the real estate professional we were looking for! Thank you, Barbara!

Are we ever pleased to have enlisted Barbara Rybicki's services. We lived 43 years in our home and had never owned another. Several friends recommended particular realtors, but we decided to do our own research, seeking the individual who had a high rate of success (i.e., sold many homes within the recent past) and the kind of reviews that "clicked" with the approach we respected. "High energy" is an appropriate description of many realtors, but there is something honest, down-to-earth, and realistic about Barbara's energy, dedication, and professionalism that makes her particularly credible and trustworthy. She demonstrates a deep knowledge of the field and the continual education demanded in order to keep abreast of changes in legal and marketing requirements. Her advice in every respect turned out to be "on the mark." To sum up what every reader of reviews seeks to know: our house sold quickly at an excellent price ----- thanks to Barbara.

Barbara is a dedicated, caring, and extremely knowledgeable realtor. She has helped us with the sell of two homes. Both times, she gave great advice about the market, and our property. On the most recent sell (June 2019) we had one open house and three offers the next day. Barbara was impeccable in her attention to detail and timeliness throughout the process of selling our home. She was always so friendly and sensitive to the personal events going on in our family (my daughter graduating college) and even bringing a ice cream cake to celebrate the occasion. We loved working with Barbara and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
