I'm so happy that Megan was by my side during this entire process! She helped make this process seamless. Megan was very responsive (still following up with me after closing), walked me through each step and told me what to expect, and what I needed to do at each phase. She worked with me early on in the house hunting process. She showed me homes, sent me listening, and I was able to take my time viewing the home at my pace. I was very happy with her knowledge of Harnett County too, and that helped me narrow down my search. I'm very happy with the treatment I received and guidance I was given. We chose Chris because we knew him to be dependable, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, trustworthy, kind, personable and likable. Chris did an excellent job of preparing for the sale of our home and other closely associated properties. He made all of our properties much more marketable for sale by helping to make them much more aesthetically pleasing, by proper and very thorough research of comps, and with extremely well-written and thoughtful descriptions of our properties, to include awesome photographs. Chris negotiated very well for us in getting the most money for our properties and also sold in a very timely manner. He then assisted us on the other end of the spectrum, and our journey, by locating a very well-suited, new home for us. Chris made our transition and move to our new home such a pleasure by helping us with so many things to help alleviate the usual stress that is associated with leaving a location and home, especially after 20 years, for a different location and home.

Mr. Pearson was a phenomenal agent on behalf of my wife and I. Even with hectic scheduling and specific needs Chris was able to meet all our needs and exceed our expectations. The great part of working with Chris was his ability to maintain clear and direct communication and a professional perspective throughout the process. We would review offers thoroughly and work with different offers to get the best possible outcome. We will definitely be utilizing his services in the future and recommending him to all our friends and family.

Jennifer was very quick to get answers. Very polite and awesome to work with! Can’t say thank you enough. Highly recommend her if you want a quality experience.
