Michelle did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. She worked around my crazy schedule without hesitation and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Since we were out of state during the sale, she went above and beyond by coordinating contractors and handling details we couldn’t be there for. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication truly set her apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent and would highly recommend Michelle to anyone buying or selling a home.

Michelle was incredible every step of the way - especially as first time home buyers who didn’t know much or even fully what we could afford/should be looking for. We literally couldn’t have done this without her. We also had friends multiple times during the process when they heard all she did for us, were shocked at her going above and beyond to help! She also was very knowledgeable about every city in the area we wanted to look into, answered all our millions of questions with ease, educated us when needed so we felt informed to make the best decisions, & found us some great options. Would highly recommend her and will be going with her again whenever the time arises! Definitely check her out.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Wanda Gainey on purchasing our new home. My husband and I recently bought our first home with Wanda as our agent. She is a professional who made our home buying process as painless as possible. She was attentive to our needs and advocated strongly on our behalf during negotiations. She was able to help us buy our home below asking price. She went above and beyond, from reaching out directly to contractors on our behalf to taking measurements of our home for flooring replacements, to dropping everything to meet us at the property with keys when unforeseen situations came up. Wanda is knowledgeable and anything she’s doesn’t know she will find the answer for you as her client. I would absolutely recommend Wanda as an agent to anyone and will work with her in the future!
