Danielle was excellent! This was my wife and I first time selling a home and Danielle explained the process to us in great detail. Which relaxed our nerves and doubts about selling a home in today’s market and during the slow selling season. Within 30 days our house had an offer and within a little more than 60 days the house closed. This was due to Danielle’s fierce ability to market and negotiate on our behalf.
