Angie was always quick to respond to my calls or texts. She knew the area well especially the 55+ community where my home was for sale. She was always fair and honest about her appraisal of different situations and exceptional at negotiating even with difficult realtors. She always remained calm but persistent and I felt she got the best possible deal for us. I would highly recommend her.

Angie's local knowledge was very useful in deciding what neighborhoods were a good fit for our family. She was detailed and always explained the steps (process) in which we would follow once we decided to make an offer. Her responsiveness was excellent. On a few occasions she was out of town with family and still responded to emails and phone calls..........very dedicated to her profession. Angie was able to submit an offer for us that was solid and with her negotiation skills, helped us achieve the purchase of the home, below the asking price!! Nice work Angie!
