Angie was the MVP of our real estate experience! She was very knowledgable, patient, and committed to the challenging and extremely competitive market. From day one she had a strategy for selling our home in order to set us up for purchasing our next property. I always appreciated her honesty, she doesn't tell you what you want to hear, she has an opinion and I loved that about her! She's always anticipating "what's next" and preps you accordingly. Step by Step she was there throughout the entire process and never made us feel overwhelmed or anxious given we were taking a big risk. She's a wealth of knowledge and has resources for just about everything. 100% would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home on the South Shore!

I could not be more happy with Angie, she is truly an expert in real estate. Angie provided not only concrete guidance on the pros/cons in multiple scenarios, she expertly navigated the process and helped yield an amazing outcome for my family. First, we asked Angie to sell our home in a tight timeframe so we could be prepared to bid on a new home during the prime season - she pulled this off with an offer well above ask! And, shortly after she presented a unique home we would have otherwise not have considered and we fell in love with that house - and our bid won! We got great deals on both ends of the process!

Working with Angie was amazing. She kept a positive environment for us buying our first home in such a competitive market. Angie has a great depth of knowledge of the areas that were were looking in and helped us narrow down to a few areas to focus our search. Angie was also extremely responsive from the time we started working with her through the purchase of the home, and even after! Lastly, as new home buyers what drew us to use Angie was how well she walked us through each part of the process and got us prepared to successfully close on a home. One aspect of this was her recommendations for partners to use, without these people home buying would have been far more stressful. Would recommend Angie to anyone in the south shore.

This review is long overdue. Angie helped us find our dream home in Cohasset in 2019 when we were pregnant with our first and had to be out of our Boston apartment by the end of the summer. The home was unlisted, and stopped showings after just a few hours of scheduled walkthroughs. We would not have even known about the property that would become our home if not for Angie. She is the authority on South Shore real estate, and walked us through each step of the process with care and compassion. We highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling on the South Shore.
