My experience with Angela and her partner Phil was unbelievable. From start to finish she was right there with me every step of the way guiding me, helping me and doing everything she could to make sure that I was taken care of. She went way above the normal call for duty doing things that ordinary realtors wouldn’t do and above all else she actually cares about your best interest. I am so thankful I went with Angela and her partner Phil, I never knew what I was missing until having this incredible experience with them. Thank you so much Angela and Phil, you guys are the best!!

Angela isn't just a great real estate agent; she's a great human! She's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated. When you become a client of hers, all the stops are pulled out. Listing prices aren't a guess. She puts a lot of time into her research and then works with you to list at a price that generates a lot of excitement amongst buyers. On the flip side, as a buyer, Angela was incredibly responsive! She treats every client like they're her only client. She educates you on market trends and then creates offer strategies that stand out amongst the crowd. If you're serious about buying or selling in this market, you need Angela on your team!

Angela was great! I bought my new house and sold my previous one with her. She always went above and beyond and was always there to answer my questions (even speaking at midnight a few times about a few questions). She was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and always followed up on every item. I really think i got top dollar for selling my house because of everything she did! If i ever look to move again, I will definitely be using Angela for both buying and selling. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Angela Dowd to be your agent if you want to buy or sell a house in the NH market especially in the Windham Area. Angela is amazing. She helped us from start to finish. She cared about you, She is VERY familiar with the houses in Windham Area. She will know what you need, she will send the exact house information to you and she will keep eyes for you, so you will not miss any house information in the market. For the house offer, the house inspection, and house closing, she will work with you all the way and she will explain anything she knew to you. She worked super hard for you, so you can count her for you to search for your future home. In summary, she helps us find the dream home, so she can also help you find the dream home without a doubt. We couldn’t ask for a better agent during our home search process and we will recommend Angela to our friends as well as work with Angela for future move or business.

Angela assisted us in both the sale and purchase of our homes. She was extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable of the area and the process, and responsive. She was also able to provide recommendations for some home improvements/fixes for both properties. We highly recommend Angela if you are looking flit buy or sell a home in this area.
