We really enjoyed working with this team! We used them to buy our home a few years ago and then again to sell it earlier this fall. Both experiences were amazing! Our agent, Julio Baeza, was super responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. We definitely would use them again if we're ever back in the area, and highly recommend them to all friends and family. Very impressed with their work - they made the process easy and answered all my silly questions with patience and expertise.

Angel was a great help to us from the beginning. Long before the house went on the market, when the home was in the midst of being remodeled, Angel met with me to give advice on kitchen design, flooring and tile choices based on what would draw the most interest from current buyers. He and his entire team are professional, polite and very responsive to questions and concerns. Angel's advice during the negotiation process really helped us get the best offer possible in a market where interest rates were rising. We were very pleased with the outcome.

My wife and I recently had the unfortunate task of settling her deceased father’s estate. When it came time to sell his home, we decided to interview several Real Estate agents. We started with Andrew Thabet of The Garcia Team. After a short period of time spent talking with Andrew, we decided there was no need to speak with anyone else. Andrew was very professional and sensitive to my wife’s situation and emotional state. I would highly recommend them as your agent. They are very professional, helpful and will explain everything in the process. They sell my house in 3 days for 20.000 more asking price. Special thanks to Andrew and Angela.
