Andrew was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase of my home in the Tri-Cities. Ivey is incredibly easy to work with. Very kind and knowledgeable. She kept us up to date and helped us with anything that we needed. She is easy to get a hold of and if she couldn't get information from the selling agent she did research for us to answer our questions. I wouldn't have wanted to go through the process with anyone else.

Andy, CC, Ebony and the rest of the group at Baxter-Milhorn are top notch! From start to finish they answered so many questions and concerns we had during the sale and purchase of our homes. This is the second house I have purchased through Andy and it doesn’t get anymore professional, but even beyond that they are all outstanding people.
