Andrew is a consummate professional. He took on a highly challenging closing for our family. It was a multilevel residential unit that had several attendant issues. He guided us through every step of the process, from listing strategies, through municipal & statewide regulations, through the closing. He demonstrated true perseverance, skill, and poise. His substantial experience as a realtor, and as a property owner that has sold and purchased, was invaluable. He has practical working knowledge about tenants & tenat laws, as well as inspection requirements at the municipal and state level. Haven’t above and beyond in a very challenging set of circumstances and got the job done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been working with Andy for almost a decade and he and his team have always gone the extra mile to meet all of our needs. Over the last two months, he helped me find tenants for my property under a tight timeline and a lot of stress from our side due to our imminent relocation overseas. Not only did we find tenants but also achieved our target rent price. A special kudos to Anna for her thorough approach in staging the apartment which had never looked more beautiful. We will continue working together even form far away!

If you are looking for highly experienced, honest and humble realtor - it's Dan Tatolli. He has loads of experience, hudge knowledge and he is always for you. We felt super safe under his accurate guidance through buying process and with his help bought an apartment which I doubt we would be able to get without his help. He walked us through every step.
