So grateful to have worked with Bretta! She's kind, super knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and pro-active in all steps on finding us the right home. She walked through countless homes with us, and helpfully educated us on what we should look out for and potential red flags. Bretta was attentive to the particular details we wanted in the new home, generously shared all of her insight on all things, and warmly answered all of our billion questions. She put in multiple offers for us in in multiple homes, which didn't work out or had a horrible inspection. When we finally found a winner, she professionally and seamlessly handled the overwhelming process with us. She negotiated terms and gave us advice as if we were family, and we truly felt like we were being taken care of. We knew what was happening and what to expect because Bretta and her team really covered all the steps for us. Bretta really knocked down all of the real estate agent stereotypes and we're so happy we found her. Thanks Bretta!

Andy was a blessing to my wife and I. We were not ready to buy a house but were thrust into the homebuying process with little understanding of the process. Andy helped us every second of the way ensuring that we were informed home buyers. He was responsive to all of our questions and highly accommodating with our busy schedules. We had just two months to find, close, and move into a house and Andy helped us find that house. He advocated for us through the process, and without him I don't know if we would be home owner's right now. Thanks so much, Andy! When we move in 4-5 years we will definitely be using Andy to sell our house.

My two brothers worked with Andy Hargreaves and his team to sell our father's house. Their knowledge of the market (both selling and buying) and the entire process helped all of us accomplish so much.
