We cannot say enough amazing things about Andy Barclay! With us choosing Melbourne, FL for our forever home after hubby retiring from 30yrs in the USMC, and being first-time home buyers, we had ALL the questions. Despite us not necessarily needing a realtor for 12-18 months, my husband first contacted Andy approximately one year ago to see if he’d be willing to answer some questions and eventually guide us through our home-buying experience. Without hesitation Andy dedicated himself to assisting us, even going above and beyond with phenomenal videos to explain things in detail and answer our plethora of questions. When I decided to sell my Florida townhouse after 23 years of ownership, I interviewed three different realtors in the Melbourne area. I was most impressed with Andy Barclay. He is extremely polite and accommodating and has the unique ability to prepare and deliver video clips with comprehensive answers to any questions I had concerning the sale of the property. Andy is also very responsive with email and text messages. His listing description and photos allowed us to get an offer above what we expected. We were extremely happy with the entire selling process and would not hesitate in recommending Andy Barclay for anyone buying or selling a home in the Florida Space Coast area.

In 2019, I found Julie on the internet when I was looking to move from CA to FL. Julie helped me find my home, walk me through the different real estate laws in FL and made the whole process so easy! We kept in touch over the years, Julie is just one of those special people, and when it came time to sell there was nobody else I would have used!

Andy Barclay came as a recommendation due to his local knowledge and experience. We are so very pleased that selected him and his realty for our home search and purchase. We have bought more than 6 homes in various states over the years and Andy was by far the best realtor and provided the best experience we have ever had. Andy was always prompt.
