Ms Amy has given us a wonderful experience! Her expertise in this field really gave us assurance with our decision-making. As a first time home buyer, we were clueless of the process, but with her presence, she was able to guide us all the way and answer all my questions. She was able to help us felt secure of the process from the house offer to the closing. Her suggestions really helped us a lot through the process. She worked with my brother-in-law and a friend, see how she was highly recommended by them to us! Now it is my turn to recommend her to you if you are planning to purchase a house! Amy was an absolute jewel to work with! She was super communicative, made herself available to show us MANY houses, she was honest about what we should do as we prepared to list ours, and helped us navigate the process of both selling and buying at the same time! Our family absolutely could not have began this new chapter, in our new home, without the help of Amy! We are so thankful for not just her experience and knowledge within the real estate field but for the kindness she showed to both us and our kids. We will refer all of our friends to Amy if they are in the home selling and/or buying chapter if their lives.

I have used Amy since 2008 when I bought my very first house. Since then, I have not only bought and sold with her several times but I have also sent several friends and family members to her. She has an out-of-the-world personality and she's very knowledgeable!! I can promise you, you will NOT regret using Amy! Happy House Hunting!! ??

I highly recommend Amy. I cannot say enough great things about here. Everything in her Bio is spot on!! We moved from out of state, and would not be present to look at homes, and not be present at closing. I was in town briefly, long enough to meet with Amy to discuss what we were looking for, and where, and to establish the relationship, because everything else from then on would be over the phone. This was my very 1st home purchase, her knowledge helped me navigate through which inspections I needed, or should get, and even helped me understand what I should consider from the home inspection. We looked at a wide area, and ended up finding a home that was just outside her MLS reach, but that didn't stop Amy, she still agreed to work with that. Once we decided on this house, she drove over an hour to this house to walk through the property taking a video as she went, showing and telling us all of the details, it was like we were right there in person. She is also driving back out there to attend our closing and get our keys for us. It has been said that purchasing a home is one of the most stressful things you can experience, but Amy made it easy. No stress at all! She is very relatable, she listens to what you need, and guides you through the whole process! If you are considering purchasing a home, Amy is your girl.

Amy was extremely helpful and very patient. She helped us every step of the way! We looked for a while and ended up buying during covid pandemic, it was very interesting and difficult time but Amy made us feel comfortable. She helped with every question we had. We were first time home buyers so we had a lot. I highly recommend Amy and when we decide to move i will be using her again!
