Amy helped me sell my cabin in Green Valley Lake which was quite a challenge. Vacation properties just aren't selling right now, but with her expertise, it was sold within 6 months. Amy arranged for the contractors necessary to fix a couple of things that needed to be repaired before the sale was final and the costs were very reasonable. When the appraiser was taking forever to get their appraisal in, Amy got on it and got them in gear. I highly recommend Amy to anyone buying or selling a property in the areas she specializes in. Her knowledge of the place she lives makes all the difference! Thank you Amy!

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Amy. She helped us successfully buy our home in Twin Peaks (Lake Arrowhead) in 2021 when buyers were competing aggressively and homes were selling fast, and then expertly guided us through selling it in 2025 when inventory was high and buyers were harder to find. Amy is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and truly understands markets, houses, and neighborhoods. Most importantly, she genuinely looks out for her clients’ best interests. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Amy was very helpful at all stages of the house-buying process. Her local knowledge was especially appreciated. She was very forthright in giving her opinions about the various homes we viewed, noting their positives and negatives. Her prime goal was to find us a home that satisfied our particular circumstances. Above all, Amy was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and she showed no signs of impatience or frustration when we decided that a house was not for us. With Amy, the buyer was the top priority, and her recommendations for home inspectors and local professional contractors were a big help. She helped us get a home that we are really excited to move in to.

Amy was the best person I have ever worked with in the RealEstate field. She had everything under her control from the beginning and there was never a time when she was unsure of herself or the reaction of others. I felt protected but never coddled. She is straightforward and honest, efficient and respectful....could not ask for anything more.

Seven years ago, we were looking for a mountain cabin. We called 5-6 agents to help us. Amy Sharrow was the only one that returned our call. She patiently & repeatedly took us to as many cabins as requested. She walked us through entire buying process with ease, answering every question, returning every call & text. While we owned the cabin, she stayed in touch, continuing to check on us every so often. We consider her a friend. Recently, we decided to sell our cabin, and of course we called Amy, knowing her great work ethic! She again worked tirelessly through 3 escrows (fell out of escrow the first 2 times for different reasons), but she continued to answer our (seller) questions at every turn. She gave great advice through the whole process helping a great outcome for everyone involved.
