Great experience! Amber immediately gained our trust and exceeded all of our expectations. As an out of area buyer, this was critical for us. We traveled over 6 hours to purchase a vacation home and her flexibility and expertise were a relief.

I did a search looking for Realtors who are able to sell. Buying and Selling require 2 very different skill sets. Many Realtors are able to help the buying process, but few are actually good at selling. (At least with my experience). Amber came in at number 1 in our market. Naturally, I started with her. She lived up to my expectations and her ability to sell our house in great fast, yet reasonable time likely helps to keep her at a the top of our market. I highly recommend Amber. I have a recommendation for all of Amber's potential clients; take her advice on all details with respect to selling your home. As hard as it might be with selling something that can be very personal, I still recommend that you take her advice with whatever she has to say on the sell of your house. She knows what she is doing. She is number 1 for a good reason.

If you simply want the best then this is your realtor. She is very thorough and handles everything friendly and professional. She helped us buy a new home and then sold ours.
