McKensie was both an amazing agent but also an amazing person. She was patient, kind, caring and very knowledgeable about the spring lake/Grand haven area. She helped us find our dream retirement home and has gone above and beyond to assist in the purchase and move. She makes you feel like family.

McKensie and her team went above and beyond in helping me buy the perfect home. She is the most patient agent that I have ever worked with. She is very smart and knows the market inside and out. McKensie did her homework on each of the homes that we toured which reduced a great amount of my uncertainty and stress during the decision-making process. After selecting the right home, she worked seamlessly, behind the scenes, with all the agents involved in the contingent transactions both forward and backward handling all the never-ending challenges and obstacles that kept popping up. She did all the hard work and continuously pumped me full of confidence even when I was willing to give up a few times. I worked and Sandi and Sarah pretty closely during my house selling journey. They were very kind, updated me weekly, and were prompt on their follow up. I had a unique property that took quite awhile to sell, but they never gave up and worked hard to get the job done! Super happy and would recommend them again and again!!

We had a great time working with Sandi and her team. Since we were selling our place from out of town, we needed people we could trust to handle the details, and they totally came through. Sandi, Sarah, and Jeni were on top of everything, communicated clearly, and helped us tackle a few (large) last-minute items to keep closing on track.
