Amanda was excellent! When I say this I mean for every step of the journey she was with me. Not only did she provide valuable insight into the whole process, she also fielded all of my questions even at odd hours. To be fair the only reason why I was able to get my house was due to her knowledge, connections, and experience. We only needed to make one offer and we got the house on the first try. In this market I am sure that without her guidance the house hunt would have gone for a lot longer and I wouldn’t have ended in the area that I wanted to be in. I highly recommend Amanda! She goes the distance and can make magic happen!

My wife and I had a great experience buying our first home with Amanda! She helped us understand each step of the process, set up email alerts to share all new listings that fit our criteria, and reached out to flag homes that were potential fits. While visiting houses she was helpful in bringing it to life by brainstorming how to make it into a home and potential improvements. When we got to the offer stage she helped us through the negotiation process, eventually leading to us landing the home below asking price. Thanks for all your help Amanda!

Amanda was amazing every step of the way. I had actually connected with her early in the pandemic to look at possibly buying a house and she did a virtual showing for me, but it turned out that there was some things I had to take care of on my end before I could look at buying. She sent me a follow up text early this year and by then I was ready to start looking again. I'm sure she regrets suggesting we expand our search further south because we had a few long days down in Stafford and I hope I wasn't too hard to work with. I know I had a few panics because a house is a big purchase and not something I've had to deal with before, but she talked me down and was there with great advice every step of the way. When she wasn't able to show us a house, she had an equally great member of her team helping us out. I'm pretty fussy about giving out names and recommendations, but I would absolutely be passing on her name to anybody that was looking.

I just purchased my fourth home and Amanda was by far the best realtor I have worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and leverages her expertise throughout the entire home buying process. Amanda makes you feel as though you are her only customer and invests the time it takes to find the perfect home. She was with me every step of the way, and I absolutely love my new home! - Beth

Amanda was our neighbor and we knew her as a friend before the time came to sell our home. When we ready to sell, she was proactive and let us know what the next steps would be. She answered all our questions, and was very responsive to any text or email. She set our expectations and was clear in her communications. She and her entire team were easy to work with and helpful through each phase of the sale. We highly recommend her and were very happy with the outcome.
