Highest Recommendation: Dawn was a dream to work with on the sale of our mother's home in Florida. For my sister and I, living out of state (in different states) what could have been a nightmare was a first class, top of the line and highly professional experience. Dawn took the ball and kept running straight to the finish line. She was our person on the ground for everything. Aside from negotiating an amazing deal in record time, she helped us to price the property appropriately, agree the timing to market and oversee the creation of a dynamite listing. Dawn kept us informed throughout the entire process. She was responsive to us while being highly sensitive to our mom's needs. She's a professional woman who really knows her business and understands the market. It was our pleasure to work with Dawn and we are delighted to give her the highest recommendation.

I have never met Stacey in person this was a transaction done from state to state via text messages and video . In my Interactions with her she is completely professional knowledgeable in her field follows up person of her word someone who could be depended upon and will always be looking out for you. I would recommend her highly and I will be using her again when my daughter moves to Florida. I can’t wait to meet her in person when I move next month! Regards, Gail DiBiase

We interviewed Alex as one of 3 realtors for the sale of our home in Port St. Lucie. We did not pick him because it did not appear that he had done his homework regarding our home and the area in which it was located. Normally, I would not even mention this. We used another realtor who sold the home for better than asking in 3 days. Again, I would not mention this. What has really got me upset is that I have tried numerous time to get off Alex's email list without success. I have asked him personally, written to him, and emailed him saying I would write this review if he did not comply. Regardless, I am still getting his emails. If you do not want to be continuously bombarded by his emails, I would suggest not even reaching out in the first place.
