Johnathan was great to work with, I had first started talking to him when we were looking for a local rental. He was able to connect me with someone in the area, but things just did not work out. For months he would check in with me on possible homes in the area, some we never even made it to the showing because the seller accepted an offer before we could even get there. But Jonathan notified me about this particular home that was going to be hitting the market within days and we were able to get a showing in the day after it hit the market. Jonathan guided us on how best to make our offer more attractive to the seller and that very same evening our offer was accepted. He was very professional and was always a phone call or text away.

Jonathan helped my family and I on the purchase of our first home together. He was attentive in answering any and all of our hundreds of questions, made time around our difficult work schedules, even gave us a few tips before walking into any new neighborhood/area. Would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially first time home buyers.
