Mr. Anavim was all business which was a valuable asset. I have no business acumen. I was the oldest sibling and trustee required to sell my father's house. Mr. Anavim calmly, honestly, and patiently walked me through the real estate process. He told me what he could and could not do. He answered all my questions and took my suggestions to heart. He patiently waited for us to clear the house of belongings and a sibling. Mr. Anavim and his team aggressively and with positivity marketed our house despite its condition. He is a stern negotiator. Mr. Anavim knew the parameters of the house sale and stood firm which benefitted us. He treated me and my siblings with dignity and respect. I never felt disadvantaged because of my lack of knowledge. I highly recommend Mr. Anavim, especially if you value honesty, integrity, and business smarts.
