Zeb and his team did a great job helping us find our new home. His knowledge of the area and builders was evident and very helpful. He and his team always responded quickly and attentively throughout, and they were always transparent throughout the process. They were able to give us great peace of mind as to the quality of our home during our purchasing process as it was done sight unseen. Highly recommend Zeb for any military families moving to the area (to include those considering a VA loan assumption).

Zeb and Tracy and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They were super responsive anytime we had a question or concern. Often we would get a reply within just a couple of hours or less. We really felt like they were representing our best interests. They were very kind and friendly throughout the process and never made us feel like we were bothering them when we had a question. We recently worked with Zeb to buy a house in the Fairbanks area. We are first time homebuyers in Alaska and were offsite during the transaction, which was a challenge! Zeb was super helpful during the entire process and was able to give advice on neighborhoods, home values, and even pointers on lenders. Our first offer was accepted! Communication was outstanding. While house hunting offsite, Zeb and his team were able to walk us through open houses, either in real time or in a recorded video, which was critical. Highly recommend!!
