We worked with Yolanda to buy two homes and sell one. She is the professional's professional. She knows the local market really well, having worked all aspects of it for many years. She advised us on dealing with buyers, and most importantly, she has a quality list of contractors who can get things fixed or inspected when we need them the most. We'd work with her again without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and talk with her before signing with an agent.

Yolanda represented my wife and I as we were coming from the Bay Area to buy a home in Nevada. Because we had no idea about Reno/Sparks real estate her expertise was relied on greatly. She showed us 17 properties in two days (Saturday and Sunday)! We found the perfect spot and could not have done it without her help. Yolanda was also extremely responsive during the buying process which can be stressful to say the least. I highly recommend Yolanda for anyone buying/selling a home in the Reno area. Yolanda was the most amazing agent. She worked so hard to help me find the perfect home, monitoring the MLS and making sure that I did not miss any opportunity. As a first time home buyer, she helped educated me on what would make up my payment so I really understood what I could afford. Yolanda encouraged me to go in a back position on the home I really wanted. When the buyers fell through, I got the home that I that was at the top of my list. Yolanda gives MILLION DOLLAR service no matter the price point and I recommend Yolanda Young with Chase International to any buyer. She will take amazing care of you as she did me - I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE!

Yolanda is very professional and is looking out for our best interests and not her own. She is very nice and knowledgeable.
