I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Eddie! From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping my family & I find the perfect home. Mr. Perez represented a seller of a standard 2 family house in the area of Bushwick Brooklyn. After a brief showing, my team expressed interest in the property and indicated that an offer would be presented. Mr. Perez had very little knowledge of the property and was not able to answer the most basic questions in terms of age of major infrastructure ( roof, electric, pluming). After a brief negotiation, there was an agreed upon price and an accepted offer with very clear terms. After waiting for a week to receive a contract, Mr. Hamlet shopped my offer to anther party and proceeding to move forward with another party. After multiple calls and text, there was not even the courtesy of call to my team indicating that we should reach out to lawyers to review terms. Mr. Hamlet is unprofessional and cannot be trusted by any buyers or sellers. His sole interest is to receive an 2% commission even though the other buyers were less qualified and likely will not be able to close the deal. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
