Vicky has been amazing from start to finish. She went out of her way to explain and set up our first introduction and what to expect. She coordinated times and locations since we were traveling from NY to our new home in TN. All questions were answered and even gave us knowledge of the area that we hadn’t even thought of. Vicky was my go to for every little to big questions I had for her. She always was fast to call/text and reassured me everything was going as planned. I have told all my friends and family when they are looking to move to make sure they go to Vicky. I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to complete the sale of our new house and make the move from NY to TN enjoyable.

I am so grateful to have worked with Vicky Spellings on my home purchase. She is a very hard working and talented agent. My family was on a tight timeline and new to the area. We flew in for a weekend to view properties. Vicky planned a jam-packed weekend of showings and adjusted on the fly as needed. She had printouts of disclosures, covenants, and plats ready to go. She anticipated things I didn't even think of and did research I didn't know I needed. She was there to WORK, not just open the door. Throughout the process, she knew where to look and who to call for every question I had. She even drove out to some properties to check them out for us after we left town. I can't recommend Vicky enough.

Living out of state for the area we were considering moving to, my wife had a difficult time finding a realtor who seemed interested in assisting us. However, this was not the case with Jeremy. His responsiveness and willingness to help was beyond measure. Not only did he work extended hours helping us locate the perfect home, his ability to negotiate was equally as impressive. Without hesitation, I would recommend Jeremy to anyone who wants a realtor willing to go above and beyond, knowledgeable and willing to fight on one's behalf.

There are nothing but great things to be said about Jeremy. He has aided me for the past few months in the search for the right home. Finally closed on a home in June. I couldn’t be happier with the service that Jeremy provides. He goes out of his way to make sure everything gets taken care of in a timely manner. For myself, a first time home buyer, there is not a real estate question that Jeremy couldn’t answer. He is VERY knowledgeable in todays market in my area and surrounding. From the showing all the way to the Closing table, Jeremy was a key player in making my home buying process go so smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

We needed to relocate from Florida to Tennesse within 30 days, Vicky was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home. We purchased the home sight unseen, Vicky went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable through the entire process. She helped with virtual tours, negotiation and provided great advice. I'd highly recommend Vicky to anyone looking for a new home, if I buy another home in the future, I'll be contacting Vicky.
