In my opinion Trish Sipes is the epitome of a perfect Real Estate Agent. She exhibited certain attributes that I didn't find in other Realtors in my past home buying and selling experiences. She's friendly but professional and personable; reliable and supportive; also honest, dedicated and hard-working. With her service I found the house I wanted in less than 2 weeks. One thing that stood out about Trish was her exceptional multi-tasking skills.(I never had to be "kept waiting") Trish went above and beyond her call of duty in assisting me in my home search and buying process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

When I originally thought of buying a house, I was dreading the idea of “pressure”, when looking for a real estate agent. I don’t do well with pressure sales as I am a hard headed individual and can usually spot insincerity from anyone who only cares about the “sale.” We found Trish by luck and I am so ever grateful. She is the opposite of pressure sales, she makes you feel comfortable. She made everything so easy for us and found us our dream house, she is very informative and answered every question I asked. She made us feel like she had all the time in the world until we found a house we liked. Here We are 2 weeks later moved into our new home and she still makes sure we have everything we need, she even went out of her way to help us find some garage door remotes that were hard to come by. To anyone who reads this, you will not regret hiring her to assist in buying a new home. She will make it a positive process as she did for us. Thanks Trish!

Trish works with you until you find your forever dream home! We had to have a living room big enough for a pool table and she found it as well as us one with an in ground pool!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Selling and buying a house is major event in a family’s life, and we’re not just any family....we are a large family of 6 and anytime you’re moving it’s a huge transition for the kids especially, they worry about new schools, meeting new friends and leaving others behind, not to mention having to keep the house crystal clean and strangers walking around your personal space BUT Trish put our minds at ease! She kept every member of the family in mind and had great advice to help us sell and BOY DID WE SELL! She sold our home in 8 hours! She helped everywhere she could to make, what could be a stressful situation, smooth and easy! Her knowledge from staging the house to listing time is expansive and she never led us astray, TRUST comes easy! We recommend Trish Sipes for any and all Realtor needs!!
