I did not have the best experience with my realtor, Kerry, which was unfortunately as she was a former student of my dad’s. I thought we could trust her, but unfortunately that didn’t seem to be the case. It felt like I was the one doing the work at trying to find a home. I constantly felt as though I needed to keep looking at homes or I would not find one. It seemed she hardly came up with homes to view or they were not horrible choices. I was also told by her that she wasn’t worried about a home inspection, even though I wanted one. As a first time home buyer, in the end having an inspection probably could have saved my money as I have dealt with safety hazard repairs caught with a post inspection. I was never advised that within the contract, if the box is left blank, you waive your right to a home inspection. I was a first time home buyer and unaware even though I read the contract fully. I don’t believe Kerry or any realtor should say they are not worried about you getting a home inspection when they are not the one purchasing the home. We also ended up having to paying more than we initially expected as we were told by Kerry, that in the contract, she would have the sellers pay for all closing cost. I brought this up to Kerry, who admitted to the mistake right before closing. However nothing was done and we ended up paying half. The communication was horrible as I didn’t know what really was ever going on in the process. I also found it rather frustrating that Kerry just sent over the paperwork for me to read and sign without going over the contract with me. However, speaking with Tracy Jones her broker, that seems to be how things are done with this company. What happened to when your realtor actually sat down with you to make sure you understand everything and not just go ahead and sign. I also found out that the possession date I was told by Kerry was not the possession date in our contract. She gave us a possession date from an addendum that only the sellers signed and we didn’t. We ended up not taking possession of our home until 17 days after closing. Yet our contract said 7 days after closing we would take possession. As a first time home buyer, this should have not been the worst experience but it was. I felt like I could trust Kerry to have my best interest but it seemed like I had a different idea of what my best interest was vs what she thought it was. Now with the next home I consider buying, I will be looking for a real different real estate agency and another realtor.

Amanda was great at helping find houses for me as well as getting me in touch with the mortgage company to get me pre approved. Also helped make this first time home buyers experience be a positive one.

She was my son's realtor and a personal friend. So I was a little nervous at first to mix the 2, but she did an awesome job. Looking for him anew forever home as well as negotiation process and being on back and call. When I came to any text messages or phone calls that we felt we needed. She walked us through the process and helped with paperwork and also any issues. We had going through the process. Thank you, carrie, I appreciate all your hard work and that you were able to find my son.His new forever home

Amanda was amazing. We sold a house of our state and she helped us organize everything we needed to make the sale go fast and smooth. She had a contract listed on our house within a week.

Amanda was with us every step of the way through our buying journey, making a normally very stressful process feel straightforward, and allowing us to feel comfortable and worry free the whole time.
