Toni Daddio was great. She was diligent and professional. Always made us feel comfortable. She always devoted her time and energy into helping us in finding a new home. I would use Toni again and recommend her to clients in a heartbeat. We found the perfect home.

From the very first phone call, both Toni (and her husband, Darren), showed us their commitment and honesty throughout the entire sales process. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and always provided just the right insight in how to proceed. Besides taking pictures, they guided us with obtaining permits, pricing the home just right and recommended a few attorneys for us to work with. No question was too small or too complicated and we are so grateful to have worked with them. Toni also took special care of our home, making sure the doors were locked and lights were turned off, after each showing. She went out of her way to help us clear out some left over items we did not move, before the closing took place. She even referred us to a landscaper to maintain our lawn since we were already moved out of our home. Our home sold quickly and we fully recommend Toni Daddio, whether you are selling or buying a home. Thank you Toni (and Darren)!

Toni is Fabulous. There are no better real estate agents around. She is the consummate professional. She had nothing but my best interests involved. Not only is she a great agent but she has become my friend thanks to her wonderful personality. I could go on and on with her accolades. If you need an agent you will never go wrong choosing her.

Excellent client relations .. above and beyond 100% . I initially called Toni Daddio after another realtor (w/the Rt 9 billboard who should retire) failed to sell our home. He ran to my house on New Year’s Day ‘19 with a lowball ( 74k ...yes $74,000 + under asking price) dated comps and proceeded to push us into entertaining . It should have been a 5 sec phone call not home visit. I temporarily removed our listing w/him and went online to find someone else to sign up with . I found Toni-called immediately and sensed a positive, assertive and no nonsense attitude. Long story short ....she was able to sell our house almost 2 weeks after we went to market -Mother’s Day 2019!! Toni negotiated and got us a price no one else could...In fact, our home sold before she even did the brochures and before her photographer came back to shoot the pool once when opened it. She even inserted herself into situations we encountered and helped in any way possible. In a market where the homes in Ocean County are sitting 100+ days and you see nothing but a sea of price reductions ,Toni can definitely help.
