Todd was great through the whole process. We were looking for a home from out of state and Todd helped us over a period of about a year until we found the home that "checked all the boxes". Todd went through and video'd the home for us after the requested repair and cleaning were complete. He is extremely trustworthy and very nice to work with. He always immediately responded, provided knowledge of the area, helped us find vendors and continues to offer us help if needed.

We had a great experience with Todd, when purchasing our new home. His knowledge of the market and experience in real estate was very helpful. He communicated throughout the process and helped us find a home that fit our needs. Todd was able to negotiate the price of the home to a price that we were more comfortable with. Through out the process he made himself available and worked with our erratic schedule. Todd is one of a kind and we had a great pleasure working with him.

If you are looking to sell it but a house this is the right guy for how. He's very professional and Ken to his job. Made our transition smooth and easy. We would recommend him. He kept us in the loop the whole way thru. And was able to answer all our questions. Absolutely would use him again in the future!

The only thing we did wrong was not hiring Todd in the first place! He’s easy to talk to and easy to communicate with. He is easy to contact and answers your questions straight up. We felt like he always had our best interests at heart. He sold our house in just 3 three months. He stays committed throughout the whole process. If you’re unsure who to hire, don’t hesitate to hire Todd. We listed with another agent before Todd and feel like we never got the service we got from Todd, and we wasted a valuable 9 months. If you’re trying to choose between different realtors, go with Todd, he’ll get the job done.

From start to finish, we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Todd and Jenna. We knew right away that they were experts with marketing and felt very confident in listing our parents' home with them. They were knowledgeable with pricing the home correctly, they answered all of our questions in a timely fashion, and were very responsive whenever we reached out to them. We definitely made the right choice in choosing them to be our realtors:)
