Tim and Jenny walked us through our first home buying process back in 2000. As a young couple we had no idea what we were doing and they were their for the whole process. Now we are looking for our next home and they were the first people I thought to call. They have come along beside us again to find our perfect home and always giving us things to look for and keeping our vision in mind. Through this process they are also giving us points on the big picture and sharing their experiences and ideas as our first house we bought is now a rental. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying and wants a realtor who walks with them through the whole process.

Tim and Jenni Stoops have been the realtors I have worked with since I first started looking for my first home to buy in 2017. They have since then helped me purchase my first home in 2019 and now have helped me in the process of selling my first home. Tim and Jenni looked at homes with me off and on for around two years before I purchased a home and they were patient with me throughout the process. From the beginning they have been thorough with each home I have looked at. I have never felt like they were trying to rush me into buying a home and they always would state to me the pros and cons of each house I was looking at. They both have been great at communicating throughout the time I have worked with them. When I was looking at homes to buy they were consistently sending me homes to look at in the area I was hoping to buy in. If I had a home I liked, they made sure to set aside time for me to go visit the home with them. Tim and Jenni did a nice job of keeping me up to date with any information throughout my buying and selling experience with them and were willing to explain any information about the processes that I did not understand. I do not plan on ever purchasing a home again since I am in the process of building what I expect to be my forever home but if I ever do I would not want to work with anyone but Tim and Jenni Stoops in the home buying and selling process.
