Very helpful in walking me through the process as a first time home buyer. Knew the area very well and was able to lead me towards good homes and steer me away from poor investments. Was willing to discuss and visit homes with a very short turn around which was critical with the current market.

It was a great pleasure working with Terry. Having grown up in the area he is very knowledgeable of the geography and locations for needed amenities. Terry is also very personable and takes the time to get to know his clients well. This is helpful because when going to look at a house with Terry he will point out things concerning the estate being sold that you may or may not like. Another thing about Terry is he will go out of his way to bend over backward for his clients. There were several times where we needed to go look at a house ASAP and Terry would respond to my texts or calls immediately and then show up at the drop of a hat. One last thing I would like to mention about Terry is his straightforward honesty and his integrity. Most realtors in this day and age just want to make a sale and make it as quick as possible. Terry was not like that. He made sure that when we went and looked at a house that it would be the right fit for us. There were several times where my wife and I were on the fence about whether we should buy the estate we were looking at. We really wanted a house and the market was crazy so there were a few times where we were tempted to settle. One time, for example, I asked Terry if I should buy the house we were looking at. The house was decent but it was missing a few things we wanted. Instead of just selling me on the house so he could make a sale he said "I know you guys pretty well and I do not think that you guys would enjoy this house. We just need to be patient and keep looking until we find the one that fits you guys". I am really glad we had Terry with us to guide us through this process and after a few more weeks of looking he was able to help us find the right one.

We just bought a new construction home (our first home!) after a long contract from November - June. Terry was our buyer's agent. Throughout the whole process, Terry was phenomenal to work with. We had many questions and Terry was always responsive to all of them, often working with us outside of standard business hours. As first-time home buyers, everything was new to us. It brought us peace of mind knowing that our agent was so knowledgeable and was looking out for our best interests. We could not be happier with our experience; it was a dream and Terry's hard work was a big part of that. If you need an agent in the area, do yourself a favor and work with Terry!

This is the second time I've bought a house in the Blacksburg-Christiansburg area with Terry and again I am happy I did. Terry's knowledge of the area, eye for great homes, and open communication have left me with two great homes (one primary and one investment home). I hope to continue working with him into the future and highly recommend him for all your home buying/selling/renting needs!

We just bought a 27 acre property in Montgomery County Virginia. It was a difficult process because of factors that were specifically organic to the uniqueness of the seller. Terry was awesome throughout the process. There were a lot of unique processes that aren't typically associated with a real estate purchase that Terry was willing to perform the extra work to help us negotiate and close. Terry has been very up front and honest in every faction of the transaction. I would highly recommend Terry as an agent. I plan on contacting Terry for any future real estate purchases. It is not easy to find people who are open and honest when your new to an area. As a retired Marine Officer, I would not hesitate to endorse Terry for his integrity.
