Teresa is Top Notch! I would NEVER even consider using any other realty team than TMR Realty. I have been utilizing Teresa since 2013ish and I am here to tell you she does what she says and she will lay it all out for you simplified and make your buying or selling experience stress free. I have been on both sides with the TMR Realty team. As a buyer she fought to get the best negotiated price and made sure the properties would fit my desired loan (VA at the time). As a seller she has sold multiple properties for me in different economic times over this past decade with superb results for myself and the buyer. As I said before, if you are searching for a realtor/realtor team there isn't anyone in the Salisbury NC region that you need to search for other than Teresa Rufty!

Even though I didn’t meet Teresa in person until the closing; she was there every step of the way for my mom and I. 15 out of 10 recommend to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. She made it super easy and was available to answer all our questions any time of the day!!! Thanks again Teresa!!!
