Tara is very professional and kind. She's in the process of helping my mom sell her house. Since my mom don't speak much English, I'm helping my mom communicate with Tara. I live in MN and am only able to communicate with Tara through phone calls and emails. Even with the distance, Tara has always been responsive to all my emails and calls. Tara has not only shown an incredible amount of knowledge in the housing market but has been kind and patient with me and my mom throughout this whole ordeal. We started the process for selling her house in September; had some legal issues with marital status, but hoping to have her home closed by the end of December. I'm glad I've found a realtor I can trust and someone who will be present even under unforseen circumstances. Would highly recommend Tara to anyone hoping to sell their home.

From the day we called Tara to discuss the possibility of selling our home to the day we received 2 full price offers was about one week. Tara met with us, toured our home and discussed pricing. She said, "I know I can sell your house for that!." Tara used a professional photographer who spent a couple hours taking photos and drone footage and assembled it all into a presentation that made our home stand out among all other listings. Our listing was posted within about 72 hours of our initial consultation and sold on the first day. We recommend her highly!
