Tammy is an awesome agent! She not only sold my home but helped me find and purchase another property. She was very patient, responsive and proactive. She was always calm, listening to my every request for information and immediately responsive to my questions to help in making a decision. Tammy was there for ME! I would, and will, recommend her to anyone in the market to sell or purchase a home. I will also look to Tammy for any future real estate needs. I was impressed with her professionalism and genuine interest in assuring I was satisfied with my final decision. She walked me through the entire process start to finish. Tammy was a pleasure to work with!

If you're looking for someone with experience, knows the area / market, and willing to go above and beyond to help you find the perfect home, Tammy is the one!!! She was so willing to show me whatever home that I wanted to see no matter the time or day of week. From day one, Tammy was very professional and was willing to work around my schedule when looking at homes. She knew exactly what type of home I was looking for and kept all my viewings within my budget. Although I knew it wasn't just the right time to purchase a home, Tammy never once got upset nor did she try and pressure me into doing something I wasn't ready to do. I recommend Tammy to all my friends and family that are in the market for their next home.

Tammy has shown me several houses and is so easy to work with. She works around my schedule and has been very patient and flexible with me. Her knowledge of the area is superb! She is always professional and has my best interest at heart. Her experience and personality make house hunting fun! I highly recommend her!

I've never worked with someone as honest and hard-working as Tammy Giles! Tammy took the time to show us ANY and ALL the listings we threw her way as well as explaining the process of selling our current home and buying another. I loved how she was there for us while making tough decisions and figuring out what works best for our family. There's definitely a reason Tammy is so sought after! Tammy is fast acting, smart and decisive while keeping our best interest at heart. Her experience and knowledge is BY FAR the best in Middle Georgia!

I recently worked with Tammy Giles while searching for a rental home. Throughout the entire process, she never left any question unanswered and always responded promptly. She went above and beyond all of my expectations and was very professional and knowledgeable. Tammy was very attentive to my wants/needs and showed me every single rental property I was interested in. Even though I was not purchasing a home at the time, she spent her time making sure I found the perfect rental property that would fit my needs.
