Sue helped guide us through a speedy and competitive bidding process as buyers. She was very helpful with bidding strategy based on local knowledge of the market, and we got the house. After we signed the contract, she recommended a great inspector and was there with us every step of the way through closing.

Susan was a great agent! We found a property we were interested in and immediately called her to make an appointment, she met with us 20 minutes later to view the property and went through the whole house with us. Susan disclosed all issues with the house and any knowledge she had on the property. She was thorough and to the point! I would highly recommend contacting her!

We worked with Sue on two separate transactions (to buy and sell a home) and we were extremely happy with her services. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, always available (and replies quickly to email and phone calls) and is a skilled negotiator. On the second transaction (selling our home), we had extremely difficult buyers who were represented by an equally difficult realtor. I truly believe that if it weren’t for Sue, the deal would never have gotten done to our satisfaction.
