Chris WAS FANTASTIC. We had some issues with the property which were not apparent when we listed and he managed every detail including lawn service. Chris has true integrity. We have sold two properties with his help and he is truly your advocate. This is want you want in a real estate agent. He was on top of every detail on the sale. His advice and expertise netted us top dollar for our property.

Chris did an outstanding job during my home buying process intercepting when needed to assist with the seller and mortgage. Company. Chris worked wit me for over a year assisting me with great patience. He was very knowledgeable about the properties paying close attention to my needs .

My wife and I through an extensive research picked Delaware to replace our home in NY residing since 1989. We did this on our own not having any family or friends in Delaware, big move for the next chapter in our life. However, we were very fortunate to be attracted to homes for sale by a real agent named Chris Cohan of RE/Max. We have known Joe & Rita since 2004. Joe was recommended to us when my parents were looking for DE property. He listened, knew the area, and took us to several locations. Mom & Dad picked a Milford lot and Joe followed the transaction from design to Build. When the Builder attempted to revise the plan, he was there to help them put the build back on track. From 2005 to 2007, Joe helped us look for a lake/pond side lot and helped close the deal. In 2021, we decided to build our dream home on the Coursey Pond lot. Joe helped us find the perfect rental so we could be in DE while the build was underway. Very knowledgable about the area, Joe has also helped with recommendations for home services, restaurants, and places to visit - he is always available to help. In 2021, my Dad passed away and we had Joe handle the sale of his home. Their home sold quickly and above the asking price. You cannot go wrong with Joe Wells as your realtor!
