These are two wonderful people who will bend over backwards to make your home buying or selling experience the best it can be. We purchased our home through them and then sold the same house through them 5 years later. We were very impressed by how they go above and beyond to help you. Definitely the best!

We did not previously know anything about them. We had a very good experience with Stephanie and Larry. Pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. Not "pushy". Experienced, knowledgeable and available when needed. They follow through on things. We plan to remain "friends" !

Larry and Stephanie acted as our buyers agent to find us a wonderful Home in Plum Branch, SC. The home was sold, basically, as is. Larry and Stephanie worked to make certain the home was in 'move in' condition by continually pressuring the sellers agent to keep the grass cut, remove items from the home, and clean out the trash. Larry removed some items himself that the sellers agent neglected to remove. Stephanie had shown us, probably, 30 homes over a two year period before we finally found this one. We cannot thank them enough for their help and knowledge during this exhaustive search.

Stephanie was a fabulous agent. She worked very hard for us, showing us many properties in a short period of time. Stephanie was responsive to our wants and needs, had a sense early on about what we might be interested in, and answered emails in a very timely manner. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
