Sonja knows the market and is able to answer your questions. She made sure we asked for the needed inspections to protect us. After the escrow closed she was available to help us with some issues. We will definitely use her as our agent in the future.

Sonja was so wonderful helping me buy my house that I asked her to represent me again when selling the house 8 years later. She is a true professional, and will go above and beyond to help you every step of the way; providing contacts for contractors, granting access, and even working with my tenants to make the process as painless for them as possible. My circumstances were unique, as I live out of state and was unable to be physically present throughout the process. She made everything as easy as it could be- I cannot say enough good things!
