Shea is very knowledgeable of the area. She has cultivated a great network among service providers in this area that helps make the homebuying process easy for someone like myself who has always just rented. Being as we are both in sales it was nice to know that someone was willing to accomodate my work schedule to show me homes, whether it was after hours or weekends. She is also very reliable when it comes to returning phone calls, no matter what time of day. I would continue to use and recommend Shea to anyone looking to buy or sell in this market. She makes it easy and enjoyable.

I'm the kind of person that hates to be annoying. I'm also not crazy about asking dumb questions. With Shea, I learned quickly that neither of those would apply. She is a consummate professional with a quick wit that makes you feel like you've known each other for a long time. I will certainly use her again if the opportunity arrises.

During our search for a new home Ms. Shea Turner was there with us every step of the way, Even during the sell of our home. I will, and have recommended her to people. We were never left in the dark on anything, we never found ourselves wondering what step was next, and she was all around a 'down to earth, on top of things' type of realtor. Our home was on the market for about 3 days when we got an offer, and closed in 30 days.

From the very beginning Shea was wonderful with helping us. We asked her to meet us at 7 in the morning and she was there on time and knew ample information about the home. We instantly fell in love with the house and land that came with it and made our offer. The person that we were buying for was serving overseas in the military so there were extra steps to be taken to close on the house. Shea has gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure that everything has been handled in an orderly and timely fashion. She has always been prompt to return calls and text messages whenever we had questions or concerns. She even brought me coffee to my office so that I could sign the contract that would accept our offer. To say that she has been helpful is an understatement. My husband and I have been blessed to have the opportunity to use her as our real estate agent. Thanks for all your hard work Shea!
