I can’t tell you how grateful my best friend and I are for Shawn & Miles. They are literally the most kind and loving people I have ever met. This was our first home and they answered all our questions with no problems. They always kept us in the loop from every angle of the process of buying a home. They are the only people that I will ever trust with our home and selling our home. I can guarantee that they will do everything possible to help you; every step of the way in buying your first or forever home. Thank you Shawn & Miles. I can’t wait to see you at our house warming.

Shawn & Miles, were overall so pleasant to work with!! At any moment, at any time, they were there 100% of the time. As a first time home buyer, the process was very overwhelming & stressful, and they both did as much as they could to help me through the anxiety of it all. I wouldn't have wanted my first home purchase to be done any other way! These two treat you like family, not a dollar sign. The morals, integrity, and values they possess is out of this world. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and caring. Shawn has such a welcoming motherly presence that is so helpful, especially for younger or first time buyer. Miles is strong, direct, and honest. And as your realtor's they will NOT hesitate to tell you "Hey I don't know if this house is the best option" and they will tell you why. So grateful for them through it all!! Shawn Ashley and her team were excellent to work with. They were professional and prompt in answering messages, both phone and text, when we had questions. They communicated quickly and effectively when information became available with offers. We would highly recommend this team to work with either on the buying side or the selling side. We will use this team again if we need a realtor.

Shawn and Miles were incredibly knowledgeable, able to give advice about all the aspects of houses and buying. It's a complex process and very helpful to have people so competent and caring to help walk you through it. Miles and Shawn took so much time to answer our questions and explain things and make decisions, we appreciated them so much! They're amazing! Their assistant Taylor helped keep us on track with reminders of what needed to be done along the process and saved us so much time!

Shawn was great when we were buying our first home a few years ago. She was extremely acccomdating to our schedules since we were traveling from out of state during our house search. Now that we are selling our house, Shawn helped us get an offer quick! Her husband does a remarkable job with photo shooting the property. They are a great team together!
