We have had an excellent experience working with Sharon and her team. Our home was vacant and we live out of town. She took care of everything, from greeting contractors at our property and communicating zealously on our behalf with attorneys and lenders, Sharon truly made this experience easy for us. She provided insight and thoroughly answered any questions we had along the way. We highly recommend working with Sharon!

Impressive and professional but Sharon was the first realtor we ever worked with (and we have worked with many) that didn't give a gift at closing. We worked really hard to prep our home for sale - it was in great condition. We appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, advice, and knowledge but we were slightly surprised and disappointed.

I was not happy with Sharon's service. I hired her based on reviews, but her professionalism was way below my expectations. She did not communicate clearly in a timely manner and often ignored my messages that I had to follow up with her broker to get her response. Her exclusive listing agreement was for one year, which was unheard of, and her commission was very high for a condo unit. It was extremely stressful to work with her and I will not recommend her to anyone.

Sharon and her team were fantastic everyone involved was on the same page. Sharon is very professional and friendly. Between Sharon and her team we sold the home in record time l would recommend Sharon Falco to anyone selling a home .Thank you Sharon.
