Here is why you have to put Selena on the top of your agent list. 1. She will go out of her way to ensure that you find the property to meet your requirements. When we bought our house we moved to PA from out of state, didn't know anyone in the area. She was patient enough to look at so many homes that spanned 3 major areas. She would go ahead of time to check out the house and when we finally toured the house she would give her honest opinion on the house. The houses spanned from move-in ready to fixer-uppers and she never rushed us to make a decision. Often times her, opinion, feedback helped us with the decision making. She even offered help outside the realm of a realtor and had nothing to do with buying a house. 2. Professional. She will not pressure you about a specific house or area. Instead, be very patient. We looked at a LOT of houses spanning 3 Burroughs and she met us everywhere and never left us hanging. 3. Great person When we moved to PA, we didn't know ANYTHING lest the online reviews. She was our local resource or guide on Schools, neighborhoods and every other thing. And no, she did not do this to influence our decision making but generally answered our questions honestly. And we appreciate that a lot. 4. Local Knowledge. Selena knows everyone in this local area! Enough said. She knows contractors, banks, inspectors, people in the Schools, etc. 5. Great Realtor Selena helped us negotiate an aggressive timeline, final sale price, and terms. This goes back to her knowledge of the local area, market helped. In summary, if you need someone whom you can trust in the whole process. We started our process in Sep of 2018 and closed on our house in Nov 2018. We decided on the house on 1 Nov. We are glad that she was our realtor. I firmly believe we would have not had the smooth process that we had with anyone else. THANK YOU SELENA!!!!!

Selena is very knowledgeable for Franklin County. She helped me find an investment property that was a great purchase. Selena is willing to put in aggressive offers and knows how to negotiate with sellers to get you the best price possible. I will definitely continue working with her for all my sales and purchases!

Selena at The Strite Group? Best ever. Patient - I swear we looked at 102 houses. Wise - I know I asked 504 questions. She calms nerves, reassures doubts, and definitely celebrates your victory. Selling? Call them. Buying? Call them. Need a rental? Call them. FSBO? Call them. They'll handle the final transaction with ease. Not sure what the heck you're doing yet? Call them. They don't push.
